I tried them myself before giving them to my daughter and i was impressed with the flavor. They taste like fruit snacks and resemble then in assurance as well. My two year old daughter loves then and kinda forward to getting her "special candy" everyday. These vitamins are an excellent way to make sure your picky little ones get the nutrition they might be missing in their diet.

I started giving these to my 9 year old son about a week or so ago. He asks for them every morning now. I know that they are not FDA evaluated but I have talked to my doctor about these and there were no issues on her part. I think it is important for young children to get their vitamins because if we are honest with ourselves our children are not always getting them through food. My son plays very hard outside and is constantly active. I know that these won't hurt him. I tried these as well. The consistency is great, nice and firm but not too hard. The taste is great too. I have recommended these to other adults.
