I like that there are gummies for these vitamins. Its hard to take pills and this is so much easier.

I was tested for vitamin d by doctor and was very low so this dosage is perfect. Gummies are soft tasty and easier to take than yet another pill.

This is proven to absorb ... my doctor did a blood test and now my vitamin D is where it should be! These do not make me noxious !
