I try to get it in supplements, but I hate taking pills. These gummies taste so good that it's a treat to take them instead of a chore to remember. They have a great taste where you don't feel like you are even taking a vitamin. They taste like a kid's fruit snack. I like that these are smaller sized and have a soft chew factor. The flavors are good whichever way you combine them. This is a great vitamin for the winter with the benefits of bone support, D3 and immune system support. I would recommend these and would like if they came in a larger bottle.

They do not stick to my teeth either, which is great. If you only need 1-2 thousand IUs a day these are a great choice. I would love to see a higher potency vitamin chew with 2500IUs/per gummy as I need to take 5000 a day.
