This product is ok and I will get it every once in a while. However, I can't really say I have ever craved a Slim Jim or wanted one after I was done. I think it is because they are too oily. Still, my son loves them and they are an inexpensive meat snack.

Would love if there was a way we could have the old slim jims back without the pork. Used to love slim jims as a kid and you all just switch it up on us. Haven't been able to enjoy my favorite child hood snack in years since I don't eat pork for religious reasons. Maybe you all could offer the original product without pork as an option and just charge more for it. So many people can't enjoy this once amazing product anymore because of the pork.

Love me a slim Jim. These have been around forever. Tasted great when I was a kid, tastes great now. I've never even tried another flavor because I love the original so much. They're tender, not all dried out. I love the seasonings they use in them. I hope they never new and improve them because they're perfect just the way they are. Yum!!

While it tasted somewhat like I was eating a salami stick, the calories and saturated fat was too much for me. For many, this product is an energy booster but my advice is to consume it in moderation. I would only recommend if you have a very active lifestyle. Great road trip snack! Brings back memories from when I was little on the way to my grandmas for holidays. Wed always stop for gas and snacks and I always got a Slim Jim. Great flavor, maybe leaves a little film on the roof of your mouth but nothing too bad. Now as an adult, I still count this as a fun road trip snack, though you can eat it any time.

This product has saved my life in so many ways. "A stick of dinner" so tasteful, completely packed with flavor and need I talk about the fact that's it's packed with protein? You could never fail putting these in your kids lunch box Or even your own lunch box .
