So I put some potato slices in the bag along with some olive oil, zipped it closed and proceeded to shake the bag to distribute the oil when the seal on the bag broke lose and oily potatoes went flying all over my kitchen floor.

These are great and I use them for lots of things besides food. Will use to organize stuff and always use for items when traveling. A bit costly but so seem better than the cheaper brands. Would recommend.

There's other brands? Why bother. Ziploc does it right. Strong zippers always glide open and close easily. Generous size holds wet or dry food with no leaks. Every time they never fail.

Look no further, the only bad you will ever need. The extra cost of the name brand is worth it when the bay never breaks. Take food with you to work, store in fridge, store things air tight. The zipper will never break!

Love love love the gallon size! Perfect for freezing leftovers and I also use them for giving people items that aren't food related when I don't have a normal bag. Best size ever!
