Very sturdy!

I use the "slider quart size bags" for saving both new / freshly purchased & leftover food, both at room temperature and cold. Been using these for years. Recently I purchased a box of "76 slider quart size bags" and was glad I had not yet disposed of the prior no name brand's 50 slider quart size box because the design and placement of the opening for the "Ziploc 76 quart slider bags" was weird. The "ZIPLOC 76" box design & opening positions take up 3 times the horizontal shelf space versus vertical space that a properly designed box does; the box opening was in the middle of the bags instead of next to the narrow end near the slider that is easiest to grab; and overall the Ziploc 76's box design concept wastes interior space for its contents. What is the point of putting these slider quart storage bags in a useless box? And causing Ziploc customers to find an alternative storage method in order to eliminate the awkward & inconvenient box Ziploc sells them in?

I only started using the quart slider storage bags this year and I really like them. It holds a lot of food for storage (which I really appreciate that because of the price). Also, since the pandemic started, I've been putting my phone in these bags so I don't have to wipe it when I get home. Awesome product

I purchase food in bulk or cook in bulk and fill Ziploc freezer quart storage bags for portion control prior to freezing. Since the new design, I found most times when I thaw food, there is leakage from the bag. It's not the seal at the top, it's the design on the bottom. I will admit, filling the bags is easier but dinner prep requires me to put the bag in another container to collect the liquid when thawing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are great but we have changed to use reusable bags and containers now. The amount of bags we use a day is insane. And I'm trying to be more conscious of our planet's needs. I think they are too expensive for the future of our planet in the long run.

These are great kitchen necessity. High quality and don't tear or crack. Expandable at the bottom which makes it easier to fill. I use these to store fruits, vegetables, and nuts. You can carry them anywhere with you. Slider comes in handy as you can open and close hassle free. I even use these to freeze sometimes and they are great multipurpose item. The expandable bottom on the quart freezer bags have no advantage for me. I like freezing my bags nice and flat on a cookie sheet and these are awful. After freezing, I stood the old ones up in baskets. I have tried taping them. Too much extra work. I own 4 freezers. Go back to the others or give an option and then check the bottom line sales!

I love the slider bags!! Because I have kids who haven't quite figured out how to squeeze and slide the traditional ziplock bags shut these slide lock bags are perfect! It allows them to be independent and take responsibility for zipping their snack bags.

The zipper on three out of the first six bags I used from a new box has separated causing me to have to tear the bog apart to get it open (great seal by the way). If this continues to happen, half the box of bags will be garbage after a single use. I don't remember this EVER happening in the past and I don't know what changed, but this is unacceptable. I hope S C Johnson looks into this and finds a solution.
