Before kayaking, my husband placed his battery-operated car keys and his cell phone in a ziploc slider bag. Later, his kayak flipped in the water current and the ziploc bag was underwater for approximately 4-5 minutes. When he was finally able to get above water and back in the kayak, he immediately checked the inside of the bag....... dry as could be! Thank you for this product!!! Airtight!!

I have used Ziploc Freezer Bags for years and never had a problem... UNTIL THIS WEEK! Recently I used the Ziploc Slider Freezer Bags (size medium) to freeze ground chicken I had bought. In the past I have never had an issue with them, but this week alone, EVERY medium ziploc freezer bag I have pulled out to defrost (which I do in the fridge over a 24hr period - standing upright and not on it's side), has proceeded to leak all over my fridge. I know it's not the food I am putting into them, because like mentioned, I'm freezing ground chicken. It appears that the seams along the sides are the weak points and are where the leaks are happening. Why am I wasting my hard-earned money on cheap bags? I could easily buy the no-name versions at a fraction of the price and have my meat leak in my fridge. But no, I spend the money on Ziploc thinking they will keep my food INSIDE the bag! Extremely disappointed in your freezer baggies!

I've bought Ziploc brand bags for years and have been very happy with them. I have hand issues and find that the slider bags are the easiest for me to use, and I'm willing to pay extra for this ease of use. However, lately, I've been very unhappy with the quality! After one or two times of opening/closing the bag, the plastic slider comes off and the bag is useless. The slider seems to be flimsy and of very poor quality.

My husband has Parkinson's and also his left hand is compressed and will not open the entire way. I use your Ziploc Slider bags all sizes to make it easier for him to open and close. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind that he is able to get his meals if I am out of house. I also used them for a recent trip we took across country for his nightly goodie bag of treats in the hotel. I was able to make up all the bags and take one into the hotel with us each night. Once we got home I continue to make up the treat bags for him once a week and give to him each night. Again Thank You so much for having a product that people with disabilities can open and close.

I received these bags as a free sample and they are great! The only problem I have is trying to keep them standing and open while I fill them. Sometimes it works and other times the bag keeps falling or won't stay open. Love the slider to close them. I would buy these in the future.

My first observation is that it has a wide bottom so that I could store leftover soup or larger items in it. My second observation is that the zipper is very easy to open. First I thought it was too easy and that it would come open on its own but that's not the case. You don't know how many times I have had trouble opening the bag to store my leftovers in. This bag makes it very easy to do so. These will be my replacement for all my storage bag needs.

I recently re-purchased these bags and the quality is now abysmal. I have used 3 bags and they have broken in 3 SEPARATE ways. #1 - the side of the bag completely ripped open. #2 - the top of the bag ripped away from the slider. #3 - the slider came off and it's completely inoperable. I regret buying 2 boxes of these and will be looking for another brand in the future that actually works.

Good idea but I have used 12 of the 24 freezer gallon bags and every one has a really bad plastic "zipper pull". It doesn't stay on, when it comes off you have to open the bag and throw it away. Argh! Never buying these again. Good idea, bad execution.

I purchased a box of 80 ziploc quart slider bags - was not able to use any of them! Easy bag I pulled out already was sealed and dint make any difference which way the slider was pulled would not open. The slider would also fall off when pulled to the side that was supposed to seal it. Complete waste of money.

Am not impressed,,l am 70 yrs old and have problems opening the regular ones,so l bought your sliders and have been useing them but all my meat and chicken and other stuff keeps getting freezer burn,more frost on the inside and there only a week old.
