I love this for storing open bags of food and such. It keeps things fresh and seals it air tight. They are a little expensive but this is just the go to brand for storing food for short term and I think they work really well

I am trying to use less plastic, so I have pack of this bags for over a year, and I reuse them again and again, until i fell like they really done. I think they are pretty durable .

Although expensive, Ziploc brand bags do a better job with freezer items than the generic brands. I really love to freeze chicken stock in them to save space!
