A MUST HAVE for thawing food! I always put a chicken breast or two in separate bags so that when it's time to start thawing them for dinner, I don't have to thaw out the whole bag of chicken

I usually use the freezer bags because I feel they protect the food more even in the refrigerator. I always buy the Ziploc, I think the store brands don't seal as well

These are a must in my house and work pretty well. When I purchase any kind of bulk meat I usually separate it into these bags. It keeps my meat products fresh and also keep the freezer burn from not happening. Which is definitely the main goal.
