I bought this online because my local sams was out of stock. The cans i was given were smashed. Then i find out it was back in stock at my local sams the same day i recieved my package. I guess i should of waited. But with Covid-19 happening its difficult to know when items will be available.

I have been buying it for years but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! THE FRUIT WAS NOT PRETTY. I FEEL LIKE IT WAS THE SCRAP FRUIT, LEFTOVER FROM A PREMIUM BRAND. Much of the fruit was very hard or completely mush and there was a lot of brown. There was a large amount of brown mushy grapes that were not appetizing. Many pears were so hard I could not chew them. SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS FRUIT COCKTAIL!!! I wish I had taken pictures but unfortunately I needed it for a fruit salad for Christmas. How embarrassing!!

I've purchased this item for the first time. I served up two bowls of this fruit topped with a dab of vanilla yogurt for a healthy desert. My son and I really enjoyed it. The fruit is cut up in very small pieces so the can is densely packed with a minimal amount of liquid. We're eating gluten free and this was a very economical buy. Thank you Del Monte and Walmart.com. I'm pleased.

Del Monte has gone waaaaay down hill. The grapes were pale, mooshy and gross; the peaches were sour and raggety; the pears were hard and, obviously, not ripe; the pineapple chunks were so tiny, they were next to tasteless; and there was a whopping 4 cherry halves in the can. I will NEVER buy this again - I wouldn't feed it to my dog.

Like most decent canned fruit salad, the flavor of this is dominated by peaches - so much so that you can barely taste the other fruit. Again: this is typical of canned fruit salad, even the name brand stuff like this. Still: it's good tasting and good for you, and in this monster-sized can it's VERY cheap and *shipped for free*. I just put most of the contents into plastic containers and refrigerate. They last well over a week without any apparent harm to the flavor - plenty of time for me to finish the entire contents. Conclusion: If you want 5-star fruit salad, you'll have to make it yourself - preferably from fresh fruit. If you are willing to settle for canned fruit salad, this is typical in taste (that is: good-tasting) and very cheap.

Great product !!! the can is full of 1st quality fruit that is a nice size and only enough liquid to saturate and cover the fruit...Stays fresh in refrigerator for weeks..Makes a great healthy snack anytime of day or night for myself and the grand kids... This large size is a great money saver when you compare to small can store prices per ounce... I will be ordering this product monthly..

So glad Walmart is offering these big cans. I divide the contents into slider zipper bags, servings are handy, easy to access quickly. I put some in the freezer, a couple bags in the fridge. I feel like I'm genuinely saving money, good to have snacks easy to access. And we don't have to lug sacks of cans home from the grocery store, the big cans are delivered to our door, for free. I've been getting the green beans, baked beans, this fruit cocktail, peaches. I'm saving money, time, and I have canned goods easily available for the two of us, the pint bags not taking up as much space as regular cans. A good deal, all around. Thanks, Walmart.

Can arrived so dented that I couldn't use and I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back.

to insure having the necessary daily consumption of fruit when there isn't always time to buy fresh ... and the preparation has already been done. How nice ..... and delicious .....
