It is sugar free and has only 5 calories per stick. They texture remained the same it did not get hard nor thicken during the entire time. The favor was peppermint cobalt, which gave a fresh smell to your breath . This is my new favorite gum.

Plus, its nice and soft to chew so, its easy on my jaw. I keep a pack with me for after meals or before kissing my husband. I've been married 13 year's and carrying mint gum is a good way to guarantee pleasant kisses. I appreciate that it's sugar free so, guilt free. The pack fits in my pocket easily or my purse.
