Creates neon yellow urine, excess vitamin B

They are excellent vitamins. I have energy and feel good. I like the fact that I only have to take "1" pill a day and that it has probiotic blended in as well unlike other brands.

These vitamins are amazing. So many nutrients and the right type, non synthetic B vitamins!! Even have my husband taking them. Great quality compared to all the other vitamins on the market.

I feel better and getting older all the extra calcium and vitamins ate great. i take these with a biotin vitamin also. that thinning hair as you age is horrible. i do see a little difference in my energy being up. and that's nice. also the body working better. the only thing they are a little big.

For me one of the best things about this vitamin is it easy on my stomach as I have stomach issues it has probiotics which help digestive support. I like that they seem to give me more energy and stamina. I also like that they are high potency so I don't have to worry about running out of energy halfway through the day. They are kinda big pills to swallow but most multi vitamins are so I can live with that.

It's non gmo which is one of my must haves, and this womens one a day has organic ingredients like spirulina, broccoli, blackberry and cranberry to name a few.
