Read the vitamin content and amounts/mg. There is no other vitamin that provides this much potency and percent on the market call. I’ve been taking it for several years, ever since I discovered it.

I had used this vitamin a few years ago and had stopped until this past month. I do feel a difference and now will used as one of my important daily vitamins.

I love that you only take one dose and that’s it because it has all the vitamins you need in one single tablet. It’s not super big you can’t swallow but a good size in my opinion. I feel they are effective because I feel better and are able to wake up early in the morning without feeling tired. I hate many reviews are part of a promotion or so because they tend to lie in order to win or being selected for more free stuff. So I don’t buy things with these type of reviews

I was very excited to have found these and really wanted to love these vitamins. From the very first dose, I noticed a "Urinary tract infection feeling" coming on and my pee was neon yellow. To be sure, I continued to take the vitamins and by the 3rd dose, I was no longer able to pee. I am convinced it's these vitamins because (1) I was completely fine between doses and (2) I am not prone to UTI's. It only happened while the vitamins were in my system. I have never experienced this with any multivitamin before. I will be returning the product.

the biggest thing with me is that this vitamin does not have potassium. I was kind of surprised. Otherwise i have taken for about 2 weeks now. be sure to check the daily amounts of each ingredient. A few of them might need a suppliment.
