With what's going right now you need anything you can do to make sure you're as healthy as you can be.

They seem to be a complete vitamin for immune, energy & nerve health. I have not been taking them too long to know but I have felt a little better with my energy level.

I have not noticed an increase in energy yet but I know I am deficient in vitamin D and B which this vitamin supplements. I usually only take individual vitamins but its been hard keeping up with all of them so this multivitamin is a great option. I expect this vitamin to help with immune support and hopefully I'll notice an increase in energy in about a week or so. I hate the the vitamins are so huge and hard to swallow! I have to cut it in 3 sections to make it go down easily. Its tastes like turmeric. Also, it turned my urine bright yellow which was a shock.

The pill size itself is a pretty good size but still easy to swallow with some liquid. No bad taste while it's on my tongue and the pills in the bottle just smell like dry grass. I'm in my mid thirties so I feel like at this point my body needs a little help and by taking a multivitamin I can get what my body needs. I like that you only need one pill a day and the bottle has 75 pills. Definitely a lot of good things packed into this pill.

I alsolove these vitamins although they are huge.It lets me know i'm getting a good amount nourishment for my body. I take it with lots of water. This vitamin gave me a feeling of well being, I am more alert and energetic.I can get up out the bed and do more. It is worth the money and I will continue to take them as long as I can. Someone mentioned the taste, I hardly noticed that but I would quickly chug mine down with plenty of water or Gatorade so it wasn't bad for me. It is easy on my stomach also.
