I have just received my second Smart Oven Pro. The first one I owned for 10 years and gave to a friend who's oven quit working. So that oven is still going strong and my friend is loving the oven as well. I purchased the same oven because why mess with success. Its cooks and bakes everything to perfection. I use my smart oven pro for all my oven cooked foods except a 20# turkey at Thanksgiving. Saves on energy as I'm not heating a large oven for everything. I don't ever want to be without my Smart Oven Pro.

I bought my oven in 2016 and absolutely love it. However, after 7 years use, the hinge has begun squeaking and I sent in multiple inquiries to Breville asking what type of lubricant I needed to use. As of now, I've received no reply. So the oven is stupendous; their customer service not so much!

the fourth one i've bought. was a replacement for a 12 year old one that finally failed.

I am on my 4th one in three years and it is already dying. Quality is poor.

I love this oven, I use it everyday and I've had no issues with it. Exact cooking, everything I bake comes out perfectly! I would highly recommend the Breville smart pro oven to anyone wanting a perfect meal!

Convection fan started making a loud noise after 8 months of use. Warranty wants me to send in the oven for repair which will take 3 weeks. Which means I won't have an oven for the next 3 or so weeks. Not very convenient.

I am 88 years young, live alone and prepare all my own meals! I use my Smart Oven every single day! I make everything from apple dumplings to pizza and love the ease of doing so. There aren't words that convey how happy I am with my 'little oven!"

It toasts beautifully and essentially replaces the regular oven except for large turkeys and roasts. The Convection element speeds up the cooking as well. Brownies and pizzas (even 12”) fit perfectly.

We have had to return two in the past 6 months for extremely noisy convection fans. This one, finally, is quiet. You should check your supply chain and quality control.

This is my second Breville countertop oven of the same make and model. I love it I had my previous model for nine years and I'm hoping to get another nine years out of my new one!
