I discovered that this oven is capable of baking a loaf of sourdough bread without the need of using a heavy Dutch oven. I experimented today with my weekly sourdough loaf with spelt, whole wheat and all purpose flour. it worked very well.

We have had a convection oven in the past but the Breville Smart Oven Pro surpasses them by far. We love so many of the features, how easily it is to work and to see the features. Will definitely look at buying other Breville brands in the future.

After 2.5 years my beloved Breville is making a load noise which I see by many others is a common issue. I am so disappointed in the quality of this and don't have a solution.

I am pleased with the performance of this toaster oven. It does a very good job with toast, warming, reheating, and baking. I have not used it for other purposes yet, but it is very good all around.

Does about everything. Seems to be very well made but had to have a new one sent because door warped causing a rubbing sound. They did send a new one. Since have found three other people who have the same problem.

We have owned this for slightly over a year. The fan just stopped working. The repair costs are nearly the cost of replacing the unit. It was a good year while it lasted but a oven with this price should last longer long than a year.

Perfect. Does so much. Easy to use. No longer reheat pizza in the microwave. Can toast 4 English muffins or multiple bagels. Easy to clean. Loads of space.

Compact and powerful Love the new design and ease of use. I rarely use my oven anymore as I live in a small studio and the oven is a hassle to heat up pizza or bake a few loaves of zucchini bread. I would highly recommend

This is my 3rd one in 24 years and this one was tired after 10 years years of daily years with a busy household. It seems to be even better than the last one. Here's hoping for 10+ years with this one!

In many instances this is a true substitute for your full size oven. It cooks perfectly and heats up fast. I don't have a double oven and this is an even better solution.
