Thought I would purchase this as my oven died and waiting for a new stove. Was pleasantly surprised as how well this oven worked and use it exclusively for toast and small items to bake. I rarely use my new oven. I would not recommend this oven for baking cookies or pies but other than that it works wonderfully. If in doubt do not hesitate to purchase.

I own a few Breville appliances and love them all. Products are well built and durable. The design is always well thought out and intuitive to use. Even heating, good broiling and baked homemade rolls well. I find it best to reduce cooking temp and time on most items. My prior countertop oven was large and bulky, and uneven cooking, even though it was a well known and rather pricey. Dollar for dollar the Breville is well worth the price.

The days of the classic oven are gone, this little oven offers everything I need and takes up 5 times less space, I haven't had time to use all the functions yet but the ones I have used do exactly what they are supposed to do. A small note, the convection fan makes a noise at first then the noise stops. I recommend this product if you want to get rid of the classic oven and if your family does not have more than 4 members.

This is my second Smart Oven Pro and there simply is no better designed and functioning small over available at this time. Our family of four uses it morning noon and night for all the things it is capable of including toast, baking, reheating, plate warming keeping food warm, etc... The controls are super easy and save the last setting. No punching temps or times into a keypad here... easy-turn dials do it all. It is worth the price and an added plus is it is easy on the eyes (looks great!)

This is the third Breville oven I've purchased in probably close to 20 years. We use it endlessly for everything from toast to pies to side dishes. It browns evenly and I don't have to heat the whole kitchen. It is definitely a second oven. Only problem is the on / off button eventually breaks - but I will buy a new one down the road after 6 years or so because it's that good. I have also purchased this oven for multiple family members over the years.

This oven had the basics I wanted (interior light, timed cooking, alerts) and specials like 3 position rack, magnetic/push out middle rack, multiple pre-sets (that can be modified) and lighted control panel. It is slightly larger than my old oven but not overpowering. The sale price was a bonus. Just had it over a month but so far so good.

I'm newly single and found it a bit much to fire up the oven for one person, between using gas and heating up the house. This is a good alternative. Over the last month I've tried a number of the settings and it seems to cover anything I'd need to do in a smaller size. The convection setting means things cook a little faster too. I found the broiler pan on the top rack causes too much smoke so I've change to use the middle and it works fine. It would be nice if the baking/broiling pan were nonstick since it's very hard to find pans that fit and are shallow enough. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this Smart Oven Pro when it first came out and have been thrilled with its performance. It is sealed so well that heat does not escape which means the kitchen stays cool. More important, the time estimates for the pre-programmed cooking levels are accurate. I can insert my item, select the cooking level and walk away! The only time I will use my KitchenAid gas range is when cooking something large, such as poaching a whole salmon.

I upgraded a smaller (which I still use) Breville oven to the Smart Oven Pro because I really wanted a light inside the oven and convection. I find it convenient to bake 2 different recipes at the same time. My time is limited and I love having my dinner in one oven and desert in the other. My bake goods turn out great not like my oven that came in the house. I am impressed with Breville oven and would buy them again!

We purchased this new model to replace an old Breville oven. The older (10+ yrs) one still works. This new is awesome. We love that they have put a light in the interior. We used this over much more than we use our full size one. LOVE it and considering the old one still works we will always stick with Breville.
