Right off the bat, I don't like that you cannot lower or silence the tone when your item is finished. Its too loud and annoying. Overall the machine is ok but feels cheap. Toasts, bakes and broils evenly. Haven't used all the other categories yet. Had a Breville previously that lasted about 3yrs, gets heavy use. Probably will look at other brands in the future.

We have had this model for a couple of years and it has made cooking for two so easy. Precise temperatures, perfect size to reheat leftovers or anything in a casserole dish. Just the right amount of tech...that we actually use. Makes great toast, too. Quality build.

Our previous Breville oven was purchased in 2013. It finally broke in January of 2022. We were so impressed with the first one that we bought a Breville Smart Oven Pro to replace it. Although the model number was the same as the original, the new oven seems to have some extra features. The original unit was used almost daily over the nine years that we owned it so we are looking forward to the same reliability with replacement oven.

We bought this oven to replace our previous (older model) of this toaster oven from approx 6 years ago. Older model was Outstanding in every way; especially making Perfect Toast Every Time! We actually put out what we consider "big bucks" to get it because the other reviews we read Raved about how perfect the toast was! This newer model...Breville has now shipped the 2nd attempt at providing a better toaster oven... but this latest model is just No comparison to the older model...If I were to do it over again, I would still want to buy this (but only at a much lesser price) as our mini oven for daily use for baking, reheating, cooking pizzas, etc (great at all of this) BUT unfortunately we now need to buy a separate good toaster. This is not a "toaster" oven.

Gifted this to myself and the missus for Christmas, started using a week before . Working really well so far, have used it to toast, bake, re-heat and roast so far with good results each time. Wish the components and frame were of a heavier material. This is one of three things that could move this up to a 5 star rating. Second on my list would be to include a rack for the roasting pan and lastly provide either the toasting pan or stone for pizza's instead of the thin pizza pan which seems to be of poor quality.

This Smart Oven is the best one I have ever used. I love it. The operating controls are placed in usable places for easy operation. The unit is fantastically designed, with everything one needs. This is the second one I've owned. The first one had a problem with the convection fan, but I use it every day at least twice. If this unit fails I will still buy another. Buy an extra couple year warranty.

Was truly surprised how well everything worked! It was great that with my first phone call that I got to TALK to someone (in California) right away for a change instead of waiting and waiting for someone to pick up the call. And I had my Breville in just a few days. I am very happy with the way everything went. Thank you.

Great oven overall. Roomy plus lots of built in settings for a variety of baking. On/off switch is faulty as it requires multiple presses to turn on. Magnetic rack pull out also is clunky as the rack gets stuck and does not move smoothly back into position when door is shut. Wish you could keep light on indefinitely. Oven gets constant use in our house—I never use my regular oven anymore.

I have been using the Smart Oven Pro for about a month now. I have used just about every feature. It's just my husband and I so I hate to turn on the big oven to bake or cook. This is the perfect solution. I can bake just a few cookies for an afternoon treat, or toast bread up in a snap. Also great for cooking hot dogs or pizza. Love it.

We LOVE our Breville Smart Oven! Since getting it as a gift, we have only used our regular oven one time. We have used this Breville for everything: baking, broiling, roasting, toasting, you name, it does it! We made homemade pizza with it one night and it turned out excellent! Thank you Breville - plus it's very user-friendly!!
