This is the second home that we've purchased this select surfaces laminate flooring for and we love it. It was very easy to install and it's very durable.

Absolute garbage. Flooring chips as you put it together. Click loc hardly clicks. I bought this Flooring years ago and it was decent. Definitely made of garbage material now. I'll be lucky if it lasts a few months. What a waste of money.

Crappy pressed cardboard for the tongue and groove. Peels and breaks easy. The top laminate layer is worthless, it splits and splinters off during installation. Dont waste your money. This flooring is a piece of crap and will cause you more cussing and frustration. I am returning all 15 boxes that I bought.

The instructions for this product are very clear. I'm not understanding all the negative comments. I after a hosital stay in 2023, put this flooring in myself after watching nany videos on YouTube. Get the correct tools and knee pads. It's February 2025 the floor has held up very well you cannot allow water to set on this flooring. You can damp mop it. I absolutely love this flooring and I'm continuing to purchase more and others who have seen my floors have wanted theres done as well.

I first want to say that I absolutely despise the fact that I am having to resort to commenting on a company's public social media profile, but in 2025. apparently this is the only way to have my voice heard. In an attempt to save someone else heartache if you plan on buying flooring through Sam's club DON'T DO IT. My family and I replaced our upstairs floors in 2021 with LVP not from Sam's club. I'm not exaggerating when I say that flooring doesn't have a single scratch on it. In May of 2022 we decided to replace our downstairs flooring with flooring from Sam's club. We haven't even reached 3 years of the Sam's club flooring and it's already chipped, missing vinyl in places that my family doesn't even WALK ON (underneath cabinets etc) and will need to be replaced as soon as we can afford it. I understand that most people's thoughts will be it must be user error. Nope! I am a rule follower. When we install any flooring I look up the manufacturers guidelines for cleaning and maintenance and follow them. I know your next question- the manufacturer. Why not just try and use their warranty instead of returning to Sam's club? Great question, I can't. In an attempt to gain more knowledge and find a solution to this very expensive problem I went into my local club where I was told they can't find the information from when I purchased almost 2,000 square feet of flooring. In order to submit a claim through the manufacturer I need to have my purchase information to submit. I tried calling Sam's Club corporate and was told they only deal with online orders and to go in store. Long story short, if you're considering buying select surfaces flooring RUN in the opposite direction.

Top surface scratches ver easy. I have had laminate before and this is horrible

Bought 28 boxes a few days ago for my living room project. I've installed flooring before and I watched the video and read the box...didn't matter. The end of the planks just did not lock or fit together flush. I struggled through two complete rows to make sure I gave it a chance and literally 8 in 10 planks had joints from 1/16th to 1/8 wide. It was horrible...and it was floating like a bad jigsaw puzzle. I mixed planks from different boxes of course but that shouldn't really matter. I'm baffled and disappointed. We really liked the product when we bought it. Now I'm going to see how much Sam's Club will let me return. I opened 12 of the boxes for acclimation and am hoping I don't have to eat those. The planks and original boxes are intact, so my fingers are crossed. Just FYI...I'm not a big negative review guy...I prefer to deal with the vendor direct if I'm not satisfied with a purchase...but in this case, I thought it was important to share my experience. To be fair, I see a large majority of positive reviews about this product, so my experience may be an isolated incident. Thank you and I welcome any input.
