Velveeta cheese was the cheese of my childhood. I still love it. Melts beautifully and makes great grilled cheese sandwiches.

Velveeta is a classic for a reason. There really is nothing like it. I find the texture of cold velveeta a little unsettling, but great to put into dips and sauces. It’s nice to have it stocked in the pantry since it’s shelf stable.
