Love this stuff! I use it for nachos, for taco spaghetti, in soups, on baked potatoes, and numerous other dishes. It melts so easily and blends well with other foods and sauces. Plus it is easy to store and can be kept in the refrigerator for a long time once open. Freezes well too. Great to have when a substantial snack is needed at the last minute since it is so versatile.

The timing couldn’t have been better. During the holiday season we entertain and appetizers are the first thing comes to mind. What’s appetizers with out cheese? In my opinion, you can’t make unforgettable appetizers using second rate cheese. What makes the cheesiest sauces and leaves your guests begging for more? Velvetta!! Velveeta is a staple in our society and makes for the best queso base. The thickness is thick and creamy, but melts easily without burning if you’re watching it. The downside is now that I’m watching more ingredients of things you realize how processed it is and an aftertaste of fake cheese that you never realized. It’s good and a classic choice but looking for a healthier alternative.

My all time favorite snack is rotel with Velveeta! Paired best with hint of lime tortilla chips. Ive tried store versions before and they simply cannot compare to the OG. Its pricy for a literal loaf of cheese product, but if you can catch a sale its not awful
