Always out favorite, the Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese, 24 oz. is a great buy.

Used in zucchini fritter recipe. Good for money

Tried other brands, substitutes but this remains our go-to Parmesan in a convenient shaker

Reading that Kraft Parmesan cheese has 3.8% cellulose fiber added makes me mad! If I wanted to eat wood fibers I would walk out back and chew on a tree. Hardly any flavor.

Should have done my research!

Okay, so due to kidney failure I've had to have a special diet, %26 parmesan cheese is the only "safe" kind, so I've bought Amazon's, 7 three localish brands They sell in the 2 stores nearby, %26 this is the ONLY one that doesn't randomly have big, rock hard chunks in it! This Kraft texture is nice, %26 shredded, so no big chunks of hard as rocks cheese here! Oh yeah, it also smells/tastes nice too.
