Love the taste of Parmesan cheese, hadn't bought it in forever because my husband doesn't like the taste. Saw it on sale and had to get it!

Prefer fresh grated if topping a salad or pasta dish, but this is great to use over roasted vegetables or mixing cheeses to fill a lasagna

This is a great cheese to put in Cauliflower Pizza Crust and in my homemade spaghetti sauce as well as on the spaghetti when ready to eat.

This is our option for use in recipes where fresh parmesan isn't available. It is salty so adjust your other salt in recipes. Decent.
