I use it all the time on my pasta specifically the angel hair and spaghetti sauce or even when I’m having a salad it’s the perfect choice

This is probably one of the better Parmesan cheeses I always had the craft ones in my house and I’ve tried the offbrand but craft is just better

We keep a bottle of this in our refrigerator at all times. Goes well with pasta or beans. It last a long time and it tastes good
