I use this to make my Alfredo sauce. Butter, cream and chili pepper flakes then slowly mix this in a little at a time to melt out any graininess. I've tried generic and can't even stomach it. I only buy kraft for my Alfredo sauce.

this is my go to brand for Parmesan cheese. it never fails to bring so much flavor to my meals and it’s not salty which i like. goes good with buttered noodles

The cheese is good we usually use it at home when i make lasagna or i make chicken alfredo or spagetti . Its good and it isnt super pricey compared to other parmeaseans
