I've always been a huge fan of Community Coffee, so I was excited to try their Dark Roast Instant Coffee. It did not disappoint!
This is hands-down one of my favorite ways to make iced coffee at home. It dissolves easily, has a rich, bold coffee flavor, and makes it so easy to create coffee-shop-quality drinks without needing an espresso machine or brewing a whole pot of coffee. I love being able to make a single serving whenever I'm craving an iced latte.
And because I'm a firm believer in sharing the good stuff and NOT gatekeeping delicious coffee, I'm going to share my favorite recipe! 😉
Brown Sugar Vanilla Iced Latte
* 2 teaspoons Community Coffee Dark Roast Instant Coffee
* 2 tablespoons hot water
* 1–2 tablespoons brown sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
* ¾ cup whole milk
* Ice
Directions:
1. Dissolve the instant coffee and brown sugar in 2 tablespoons of hot water.
2. Stir in the vanilla extract.
3. Fill a glass with ice.
4. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice and add the milk.
5. Give it a good stir and enjoy!
It's rich, creamy, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious!
