Taste super good, the fruity flavor makes it easier to drink with water. It's also very easy to carry around with, in a hand bag, pack it in a gym bag or traveling. Plus it's less spendy than other electrolyte brands.

Much needed for kids and me as well. They have a good variety of flavours so you dont get bored of the taste. The flavours themselves are very good. Overall I'd say it is very refreshing.
