I've been eyeing the Wusthof Classic line of knives for months now, but mostly on William Sonoma. When I saw Sams Club had them I snatched up a set! Honestly the sharpest knife I've ever owned (and maybe the most expensive) but I can never go back. It slices through squash, sweet potato, meat, and nuts easily. I'm not particularly strong, and in the past would have to have my husband cut through butternut and acorn squash for me, but not anymore! I love the weight of it, and use it for everything in the kitchen. Would 1000% recommend this knife to anyone looking for an everything kitchen knife!
