My order was cancelled with no explained reason. Customer service said it would be fixed. ordered it again and again the order was cancelled. Why offering something online that will not be fulfilled?

I'm not sure why they advertise something that they can't fulfill and then cancel your order. I would give a zero but 1 is the least I can give it.
