So far, I am satisfied with the performance of the television. The only thing I am not satisfied is some streaming sites can't be downloaded. Also the remote control is too small and it's hard to press the buttons.

Application TVA+ not available, very disapointing.

My experience has been negative. I wish that I had bought something else.

Annoying software. This tv is THE neediest tv. I know the day and age of simply turning on a tv and watching it are over, but JEEZ. You have to update, download, exit, and program every friggin time you turn this stupid thing on. The he first week we had it, we literally didn't watch it after the second day because every single time we turned it on it took us 15 minutes to be able to watch anything bc this thing is so needy. We needed to update something every time. Every. Single. Time. Then you have to download a bunch of crap to your phone to activate it etc. It's literally just spyware. It's meant to harvest all your information and viewing habits. All tvs are nowadays, but this LG is the WORST. The sound is also not great if you don't have a sound bar. Would not purchase again.

My previous LG televisions have been great but this one, not so much. The picture is clear but color is bad. Washed out faces and anything remotely dark is black. Impossible to adjust to a usable level. Also, even though there is a YouTube TV app on the menu, it will not work. Had to purchase a ROKU device to make it work. Very disappointed.

This purchase was my 4th 55" and over LG TV and I would have liked to give it a much better score - the tv itself is not bad. However, it is not compatible with LGs Magic Remote and any LG owner who has used the Magic Remote will tell you it is a must have accessory. With out it, navigating your TV's menu sucks. Not all LGs come with the Magic remote but you can buy it separately. LG should mention that it is non-compatible in the description and on the box. I am going to return this tv if possible, but the box has already been destroyed.

Once I got this home and installed I found the picture quality to be subpar. This replaced a $200 Viziowhose picture was crisp and clean. This tv is going back.
