I've tried taking fish oil supplements and they all left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. But these are amazing and I hope to start feeling the positive effects soon. They are medium size and bright red. Not difficult for me to swallow. I really like the smell of the pills. The smell is not fishy at all it's sweet and reminds me of vanilla. I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this product. I got to try this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
