Installed a week ago. Instructions were clear and simple to follow. Had a few family members over to help provide some extra help did it with 3 people in about 6 hours. Overall I am satisfied with the gazebo it's very nice well built and has made a great comfort difference in our backyard. We have enjoyed everyday outside rain or shine alike. Not a drop or leak from the roof during a big windy storm we had two days ago. Another big plus is on super hot bright sunny days I don't feel heat radiating down on me I have a few family members who have gazebos from other brands who when you get under them on sunny hot days feels like a oven due to the heat radiating from the roof down. No issue like that with this It installed up against the home and patio door seamlessly we can go on and out of the home under the shelter without being rained on etc. Also it just looks really nice and high quality everyone that comes by mentions how good it looks pictures don't do it justice it's better in person and I don't have to worry about storms and wind 50-60mph ruining my roof as I've already had one bad storm and encountered zero issues not even any creaking noise or anything from the frame during the storm

While I await the release of the newest outdoor kitchen model, we moved forward with this patio cover for another area of our new backyard. The installation fee was well worth it as the crew had it assembled in a little over 3 hours. It seems sturdy and looks great. It would be nice if there were trim pieces to cover up the area that is bolted to the ground to give it a nice, finished look.

Crew that assembled this for me were VERY pleased with the instructions, ease of installation, and quality!
