My mom was never a fan of how much countertop space they took up. The biggest bummer for me was the fact that you cannot use a re-usable k-cup with this system. I much prefer using re-be usable things and cutting out plastic wherever I can. The thing I enjoy is that you can use compostable coffee filters for coffee or tea. This machine isn't just for coffee lovers. You can make hot cocoa from a k-cup with this as well. I used loose tea in a coffee filter. It along with actual coffee grinds in a filter both came out watery I noticed, which was a bummer. So I need to see if there's a way to fix that or if it's just the model. But when I do a k-cup with the same command of 'rich', it comes out strong. Overall I'm pretty happy with the fact that it can be used for things besides coffee. But wish I could use the re-usable k-cup containers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to us this mostly for cold brew and to replace my kurig for when my in-laws are in town who exclusively use the cups. We are usually espresso drinkers, so this is a pretty good multipurpose tool for other brew types. I ended up brewing the cold brew over ice in the carafe since my normal tumbler is too large. I'd recommend that. And Definitely follow the guidance for scoops, a couple times I messed up the setting and it was too watery. Overall the design is very compact and light for all the options it can do as well.

Needed something new, had the same single brew kuerrig for years and it was awful to clean so my coffee didnt tast good anymore, this thing was a breathe of fresh air. It's so simple to clean, you can get in every nook, everything is removable, its efficient, its intuitive. Most importantly, it's me proof, which i didn't even know i needed. Long story short I had a baby in August, he's not much of a sleeper, I've been chronically tired and running on fumes since he arrived, so my brain isn't always present first thing when I wake up. It lets me continue a brew after needing a water refill half way through a brew. It beeps at you if you have the stopper closed and try to brew, it won't brew is the lid is cracked a little, it also automatically knows if you are using a Kcup or a filter, it's stopped me from making silly mistakes a handful of times. I also love the additional cup size options because I have a variety of mugs and can more precisely get the right brew amount, no more doing a large and a small and canceling half way through to get a full togo cup 😅 everything is dishwasher safe. The cold brew option works wonderfully and the coffee comes out tasting so good. My only gripe is that the plastic around the top of the carafe arrived broken, and a panel on the back of the machine was popped off but that doesn't effect anything so i didn't worry about it, they replaced the carafe very easily and it arrived within a week or so. I legitimately love this coffee machine and the brew I get from it. Yes it's pricy but I'd buy it again if i needed another.

WAY too many grounds make it past the filter and basket into the carafe. Assembled according to manual. Fit, form and function all look normal. Must be some sort of manufacturing flaw. Just our luck! Our 3rd ninja in about 10 years. 1st with dual brew. Photo below shows top of carafe. Note large amounts of grounds around the screw on lid. I've already washed off the lid before pouring the first cup. Grounds continue to fall. This one is going back. Will start our search for a replacement over.

I just returned my 2nd machine. Love the concept, can't fully clean and the plunger grows mold, no matter if you drain 90% of the time every day after having coffee.

We bought this 2 days ago and we're in love with this machine already. I've used Mr. Coffee for years and was tired of some aspects of making coffee with it. I'm so glad I switched brands.

We use our espresso machine typically, but my parents and in laws both prefer a regular drip coffee so this machine is excellent for that. Small, compact, and doesn't take up much counter space on our coffee bar. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to drink! Makes a great cup.

It has so many different options of how to make your coffee there is no reason to not have it exactly how you want it. My fiancé loves the bold option and the ability to adjust how many oz of water is used. It is nice to be able to use the pods or coffee grounds and to have the regular pot or be able to brew one cup at a time. It has a great water tank capacity and it is very easy to change out between brewing a whole pot of grounds or just one cup. Absolutely love the iced coffee and cold brew options for myself since I prefer iced coffee. This is the best coffee maker we have ever used.
