Awesome coffee maker!! I've been looking for a replacement for my Keurig and wanted to find a dual maker. I had become unhappy with Keurig lately. I took a chance on the Ninja based on the great reviews. It has been the best decision!! Coffee tastes great, quick brewing time, easy to use and clean, and program!! Highly recommend!

Have had this coffee system for several months now. Love the multiple methods for brewing! Perfect for mornings when we are all home and also for the quick one cup for my afternoon with the k-cup option. Haven't done the cold brew yet but it's on my agenda. Loving it so far!

I have this machine for about a month now and I love it! it's a bit large and I have to pull from under my cabinets to use it but it's nice. I love that I can make drip coffee or pods. I really like the settings and availability to make hot or iced coffee! I am glad I invested in this machine!

We bought this to replace an older Ninja coffee maker that we loved, expecting that we would like this new model as much. We were wrong. Not only is coffee just is not as good, by the pod or by the pot, frequently the coffee is just plain bad. The brew basket gets clogged very frequently, resulting in less than a full cup or less than a full pot, usually very muddy. Also the “open” lever to brew does not stay in position. This model of coffee maker is a huge disappointment.

Love this. Coffee machine. Works great. Love the delay function so my coffees hot and ready when I get up in the morning. My only disappointment is that there is t a recipe booklet for making cold brew or iced coffee. I know you can access them on the website but it would be nice and easier to have an included booklet with ideas

I'd been looking at dual brewers when I saw this and purchased it. I love it! I've only had it for a short period of time and, so far so good. I believe if anything should happen, Shark will take care of it. Also I was able to get it cheaper from the company than I could from a department store. Thank you!

Like all my Ninja products, this one does NOT disappoint. Very proud to have this coffee maker after fighting with Keurigs and Mr. Coffees taking up valuable counter space and not being reliable or making the best cup of coffee. The Ninja dualbrew was exactly what we needed and I'm happy to have it - the brews are exceptional and you can actually tell the difference between the settings.

Coffee was not hot. Mid day my countertop was wet. It started to leak on day 2. Went back to a keurig with the metal pod to use ground coffee. This seemed good but didn't perform. Coffee needs to be hot.

This machine brews excellent coffee. HOWEVER, it does not tell you water is low until it too late into brewing and it makes the worst obnoxious beep (5 BEEPS!) when done brewing that cannot be turned off - for that reason I am returning it.
