Took the leap and bought this new item from Night Owl and was pleasantly surprised at the overall ease in installation and coverage I now have of home. Most systems cost a lot more than this so I was a bit nervous about the quality. Happy that I bought this and have felt better about my security in the 2 weeks I've now had this.

Cant say if it's good or not as I have no ethernet port to set it up. Had to give it away.

We have had this for about a month, even got two additional cameras. It's used in a large open room with a camera in each corner. The space is like 600 square feet and the cameras have less than one bar, except the camera closes to the recording unit, which is right next to our wifi router. The recorder is hooked up to the wifi router via a lan cable, as recommended. More that 75% of the time, we cannot access our video feeds due to connectivity issues. Seems like this system is weak with no real range and connectivity issues. Now I'm getting grief from my wife on why did i buy this junk and to put the old Wyze cameras back up.....sigh.
