Perfect memory foam pillow with curves under that pillow for my arm going thru curves without weight pressure on my shoulder under my head. It had a zipper cover but not washable for washer. Spot clean. I used a pillow case over it to keep that zippered cover clean.

The gap to put your arm through is ideal for side-sleeping. Love this pillow.

This pillow is very small and soft. I noticed threads coming out of it. I wouldn't recommend it for support.

This pillow is tiny and it is so soft it is not supportive at all. Do not waste your money.
