I am new to the espresso machine world but I do like this machine once I learned how to adjust it to my taste. My favorite is making a cappuccino with an extra espresso shot, I also add a teaspoon of honey and use the milk steamer. The trick is having the best coffee bean style you like, like I like dark roast, then adjusting the grind to fine and making sure the bean strength is to the max. I like strong coffee and once you set it up to your liking its fun and enjoyable every morning. Also the milk steamer works great and super easy to use and it cleans itself. Sometimes it's the small stuff in life that can bring you joy every day.

I was SO excited to finally afford to purchase this coffee machine after eyeing it for several months until it finally became on sale. As avid coffee lovers, I invited my sister to come over on the day it was scheduled to arrive to unbox it with me and share our first brew together from this machine. My sister even went to the store and bought high-end coffee beans for us to splurge, and we were ready: waiting at the house for the machine to arrive. It was finally delivered late at 6:42pm and shoddily dumped by the fedex driver next the my mailbox at the bottom of my driveway. But that wasn’t the worst part. When I took the item out of the box, ground up coffee beans were spilled all over it. They were clearly visible because I purchased the Nordic white colored machine, and you could see the dark brown ground coffee splattered everywhere. Then I opened the little shoot on the top side of the machine and all you could see was layers of ground coffee lining the inside of the shoot. I was so upset! How could they send me a clearly used machine when I paid full price for a new item! I immediately called Sam’s Club and initiated a return and requested a replacement item to be sent to me. Now I have to make a trip to the warehouse to return the used machine I received and wait two more days to receive my replacement item which I hope to God will be brand new and not used. I’m highly disappointed about my experience so far and will update my review if I satisfactorily receive a new, unused coffee machine.
