I had a Jura E8 for over 20 years and purchased it used from a friend. It finally gave up the ghost. The new machine purchased from Walmart.com is light years ahead of the previous machine better tasting specialty coffee and much easier to operate. I love this machine.

I've had this for six months and my family of three %26 I use it every day. Doppio Americano over ice is my wife's go-to, daughter has cappuccino or lattes and I mix it up. Delicious, easy to use and clean. Uses less coffee than French press. It's been fun trying different beans and making small adjustments to perfect the drink.

This now “member of our family” has saved us so much money that it has paid for itself several times over. We love it so much that we have a coffee center in our kitchen dedicated to this beautiful machine. We don't use the milk function as much because it's just another step to clean, so it pairs really well with the Capresso milk frother that Sam's also sells. The Breville Milk Cafés don't even last six months anymore—we've gone through five of them. For summer, we got the GE nugget ice machine, and now we make hot or iced coffee and espresso drinks at home. We were initially hesitant because of the price and figured that, if we didn't absolutely love it, we could return it to Sam's. Well, we love it, and we couldn't see ourselves without it now.

I've had this for a year now and I have 0 complaints! Love this so much it's so easy to use and husband friendly! It's helped us kick our coffee shop addiction!

We were so excited when we ordered this machine. It arrived with a red wire sticking out. I called customer support and was asked to respond to the email they sent with out receipt, in order to do the exchange. We purchased maker at Sam's Club, upon sending in the receipt from the online order I was told they need the entire receipt with the store name purchase date etc.. I again sent what I could find. They wanted an original receipt, I tried 2 more times and it was still not what they needed, I finally told them with the amount of money spent and the poor customer service we would be returning the item back to the store and would look elsewhere for an espresso maker.
