Reminds me of when i used to make "Root Beer Floats" when I was deployed in 2002 and we only had Mountain Dew.

The taste was awful to me and I love cream soda and I love mountain! But the two combined not so much on that flavor together

Dew cream soda

I absolutely love this flavor!  My kids did not. Weird since usually they like the different flavors of Mountain Dew, but this time, I liked it.

I dont like Mt. Dew but this has a clean vanilla taste and then, It's nothing! no super sweet or citris aftertaste! my friend and i were impressed.

Good flavor, Pepsi is always good but make it creamy and flavorful with cherry makes it twice as good

I like Mountain Dew, just not this particular flavor. I'm glad I was able to try it and originally I could only find it through Walmart.

Interesting but not tasty

the flavor has a ln odd flowery taste that is not good at all  stick to to Pepsi wild cherry and avoid the additional cream flavoring.

Pepsi gets an F for this flavor. Smells strange (not like cherry), tastes like medicine, and leaves a weird aftertaste in my mouth.

Flavor is absolutely horrible

I really liked the taste combo. It reminded me of cupcakes!! Totally love it. I wish Mountain Dew would keep it as a regular flavor.

Cream Soda Mountain Dew... hmmm.

“Let's try it,” she says. 

“It's only citrus,” she says. 

“Like orange cream, I bet. It's worth a try, at least...”

It can't be that bad, can it?

Well, it can. And it is that bad.

There's no blending of flavors, no collaboration at all. It's like they had good intentions, but they didn't put it together in any kind of way. 

It tastes like Cream Soda was like, 
“Yo, I think we should merge and be something, man...” And Mountain Dew agreed, like, “Yeah, we should, tho.”

“I'm delicious, y'all are delicious too, dog. Imagine if we did something, man, like togetha, like made something real special.” 

Then Cream Soda is all, “Like old times, man, in the studio, just us two, dog. It's real, man, you know what's good.” 
Mountain Dew's like, “Aight, aight, let's do it, my brotha, You know I know what's good, man.”

But they did not, in fact, know what was good. Neither of them did.

Cream Soda wanted to go first, so he did. He came on real strong and promising, but without warning, he just dropped off. No flavor, no aftertaste, just gone. Then you get a little bit of expectation from Mountain Dew... but he takes his time. Then finally, it hits, and in the most unpleasant way. 

It's just the aftertaste, but not like anything you've ever tasted before. It's just its own thing.

It's like they had all these plans and collabs but ended up chilling on the couch with the chronic for too long instead and just forgot about the ending — or maybe they knew they were never good to start with.. 
Either way, I Dew-n't ever want to hear from either of them again.

Do the Dew? Don't.

If you like cream soda, this is definitely worth trying. The first thing you notice is the smooth, creamy vanilla flavor - it's strong and really comes through. There is a hint of the classic Mountain Dew citrus taste, but it's much lighter in comparison. It honestly tastes more like a cream soda with a splash of Mountain Dew rather than the other way around.
The sweetness level is pretty high, so if you're sensitive to sugary drinks, this might be a bit much in larger amounts. That said, it's very smooth and easy to drink, especially if you enjoy dessert-style sodas.
I think this is a fun, unique flavor to try if you're looking for something different. Just don't go into it expecting a bold Mountain Dew taste - this one leans much more toward the creamy vanilla side.
