This is easy to consume and has prebiotics and probiotics too. This is great for guarding urinary Tracy and to fight unfriendly bacteria. I am so glad that it fights yeast growth. It helped with maintaining down there when you didn't even know that you needed maintaining. Occasionally I would get an odor but after taking AZO dual protection, the odor has gone away.
