I did some reading and learned how menstrual blood, hormones, and partner intimacy can change one’s vaginal pH. I tested my vaginal pH one day before I was intimate with my husband, and then again the next day, and I was surprised to see the difference in the results. It was very easy to use and results were very quick. This is very helpful in determining if you should seek medical attention or change your diet.

Its small capsule shape makes it easy to swallow and go down no matter what I take it with and there's no aftertaste thankfully. In the last two weeks that I've been taking it,I haven't noticed any symptoms of a UTI, which being a type 2 diabetic is fantastic. I plan on continuing to take these for a long time to come. My stomach seems to also agree with the probiotic too.
