I definitely noticed a difference since using this product. Especially during my cycle. My only complaint is the pill form is pretty hard to swallow. I dread that part but it definitely improves the sensitivity and irritation specifically during my cycle. I honestly don’t think I would take it everyday because of the pill form. Still a great product! #ad
