I have been a faithful AZO user for years. I am prone to a variety of issues. I was very excited to try this and it really seems to be working very well. I will continue using it along with other AZO products.

I have taken various probiotics in the past, but they were always geared towards gut health. This is the first product I've tried that is both a prebiotic and probiotic specifically for a woman's vaginal and urinary tract health. I have had a good experience so far with the product and will continue with the regimen. I understand you need to take it for several months for better effectiveness.

I was interested in trying it though because with insulin resistance issues it causes the flora of my vagina to not always be at its best and I wanted to see if this could help. It seemed to do it's job fairly well but I wouldn't say 100% so that's why it's a 4 star. Would have liked to have used longer than 30 days to really see but i think it's fine.
