The look and feel of it was what I would expect from any probiotic supplement. I like that it can be taken with or without food, but it is easier for me to remember to take it with a meal. I had a good experience with this supplement and had no known negative side effects. Although I could not really feel any major, tangible effects from taking it, I think it is a good supplement to take to maintain my natural defenses. I like that it is designed for both urinary and vaginal health and combines both a prebiotic and probiotic. This is more convenient than having to take separate supplements.

They were easy to swallow and didn't have an aftertaste I like that it helps with urinary and vaginal support. I haven't had any issues with this product.
