Have had unit for 6 weeks now. Doing a gradual break-in. So far the unit is working as it should. Big test will come this winter when we lose power often. Generator starts instantly on gas but has a bit of a problem starting on propane. Am trying to work that out. I would say at this point the unit is as advertised. Big test to come

Very happy with this generator, love how easy it is to move around, (I'm 6'2, 230lbs 54yo). Easy to set up and started right up, even with the pullcord. I had to use the pullcord because the battery died quickly; I cant be sure if I somehow left the power button on or if the battery is too small and does not hold up in the winter. For this reason, I purchased a small jumper box to keep inside the home where its warm, to give me peace of mind. But I would purchase again.

I just took delivery of an IGen11000DFc which is an upgrade from an IGen4500. The 4500 ran for 10 straight hours last week without any issue and got us through Hurricane Milton. We upgraded only because we needed 240 volt support to run our new septic pump .Everything was very tidy with the new unit. I like the no-screw side panels which easily come off. The oil drain hose was a pleasant surprise as I had added one to my IGen4500. I hooked up the battery, swapped the spark plug for an NGK and I'll add a magnetic drain plug as soon as it comes in the mail. I've been through 2 hours of no load break in without issue followed by an oil change. Tomorrow will be a partially loaded run. After that, I'll test it connected to the house. We added an Easystart on our AC, so I'm interested to see how the Igen works with it. These inverter/generators rock!

This has a lot of features & function in a small footprint & was easy to setup. The unit packs a lot of power without blowing your ear drums even when it isn't in "eco" mode. Having the ability to run dual fuel was a big selling point to not have to worry about the carburetor & gas storage upkeep, running this off the propane from our RV will make things much simpler fuel wise!

Really wanted an inverter generator large enough to run my house or most of it. This one was one of the largest with great reviews. Packaging was great and came with all the tools for setup. This generator runs awesome and is very quiet but packs enough power to run everything in my home. My mother purchased one as well after seeing/hearing mine run.

I purchased this generator to replace and older open frame 10,000 watt unit and run my house as a backup generator when the power goes out. Does the job well and appears to run my sensitive electronics well also. With the old generator, my Computer UPS would not run and neither would my central air. With this one it runs well.

I recently purchased the iGen11000DFc and was amazed by how quiet it ran. I've owned portable Generac's and a Kohler home generator so I have plenty to compare with. The iGen's engine noise is minimal. Plus the dual fuel power is a real bonus. I look forward to many years of use!

I have run it for about 3 hours to break it in. Have 2 more to go. I tried the ECO which is to slow the rpm, but it has e zero effect! This is not good. While I was running it I plugged in a 120-vote box window fan to blow any fumes away and make a bit of a load. But after 30 minutes the fan stopped, I moved the plug to the wall outlet, but still no run. I got another 120 Vote Box fan and plugged it in, 90 minutes later it also stopped! Moved the plug to the wall nothing! Now I am concerned. So, now I am waiting for a call back from Westinghouse.

I just picked up the generator a few days ago. It appears well built and after some easy assembly, wheels, handle, connecting the battery, and adding the included oil. I did a test run using propane. The generator started easily and ran smoothly. I was happy with the low noise level, this is an important issue for me. I started the generator with the fob, by push button and by manual pull cord, no problems. I placed a light load on the generator and it continued to run smoothly and quietly. My early impression is very good I would recommend this generator.

A recent purchase. I hooked it up to a theatrical lighting system to run it under a load for the brake in period. I was happy with the sound level from the generator and its performance running the dimming system. Connected it to an PA sound system and it powered it flawlessly. Planning to use it for house backup power.
