Just purchased and assembled. Everything seems to be well made. Instructions easy to read and follow. Will update in the future following use during next power outage (we seem to be getting more and more lately...).

Generator is very easy to move and hook up. Start up process is very straight forward. Runs pretty quiet in comparison to other generators I have had.

I bought this a couple weeks ago to use during the power outage after the tornadoes came through the area. Natural gas was a selling point because it was hard to get gas with everything being out of power in the area.

I ordered a dual fuel inverter/generator and they upgraded it to a tri fuel free of charge. Very nice of you guys to do that. Assembly was easy and I'm looking forward to using it. I really like that it has a 50 amp outlet. So far so good!

I purchased this ahead of a need since we live on the coast. The generator is well made and compact for its output. Easy to manipulate, starts easily and meets our need for emergency power.

I purchased this after we had a two day power outage. I want it to run my AC when the power is out.. I have a whole house unit but the AC is not on it. This should be adequate for this use.

Works great and quiet for its size. Paired with a Generlink and soft start on my 3 ton AC and it ran my house no problem. It is HEAVY so be prepared for it!

Runs smoothly, with minimal noise for its size and a ton of innovative features. For the price, it's tough to beat a trifuel inverter that can be wired in parallel to power a whole house.

Bought this for home backup and could not be happier. It is a lot quieter than I thought it would be. Started right up, hooked up to natural gas so don't have to worry about gas cans getting filled during long outages.
