Purchased for home backup power after storm and power loss; electrician wired into fusebox with outside plug-in for home natural gas furnace start. Reliable, moveable (wheels) and the perfect size to support essential power needs short-term and intermittently. Controls are easily accessible and arranged well; dual fuels perfect for flexible use.

I like the generator and have it set up to supply a plug that then feeds the house through a transfer switch. Easy to set up and refuel. Very quiet when running. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is I would prefer a key to the toggle switch, to easy to forget to shut off and it will drain the battery.

I bought this to have a backup for when our power goes out which happens often. It is amazingly quiet and easy to run. Silly to say but I'm looking forward to our power going out so I can smile and know that I won't have to worry about losing food or getting cold!

I'm so happy with this purchase easy setup. Easy instructions I love everything about this best generator out there especially with the historic name of Westinghouse they know how to build generators. My family has piece of mind if our power goes out we never have to worry again

Was looking for an inverter generator that can run a significant portion of our home in the event of a power outage. Started right up first time and runs great. Only have done the "breaking in" portion so far, but so far so good. Only negative was a little damage to the side plastic shield during shipping. Have a call into Westinghouse and waiting for a call back. it will be very useful when the power goes out.

Just finished the assembly and initial start-up. Went together easily (although it is very heavy), and started it with the auto start button. I am only running propane as it will be used as a secondary generator at my off-grid property in northern Michigan. The unit looks and feels of high quality and so far I am impressed with the operating decibel level (especially compared to my legacy traditional generator(s)). Looking forward to a hopefully long future of usage.

I just picked this up and assembled it. It went together very easily with all of the right tools provided. I'm waiting to start it up but I get a free cover if I leave a review, so why not. I'd rate it 5 stars if I actually had to use it during an outage yet.

This inverter generator was the largest output I could find and being a Westinghouse product, I believed the quality would be better than little known or unknown internet brands. Upon unboxing, the product exceeded my expectations. The quality of parts and manufacturing craftsmanship appears to be top notch. Packaging was more than adequate to protect the product in transit. The Quick Start Guide and User Manual documentation are well written and detailed well. I haven't been able to use the inverter yet except for initial start up and testing. All went well. Can't wait for the power to go out to put this to use :) . Highly recommend buying this generator if you require the high wattage output it provides.

With the winter coming up in the Pacific Northwest I was looking for a more capable generator that could power the whole house but yet was portable and came across this generator. I'm doing my research. I found this was Best in class compared to other inverter generators for its wattage and running watts. I couldn't pass up this deal. The setup was fairly easy. The instruction manual is very detailed. Definitely read it. Take your time and just pay attention to the instructions and you should have no problems. It started up on gas power, no problems but on propane it took a little bit I'd imagine probably has to cycle out the fuel for the gas to finally flow. Obviously make sure you got it on the correct setting.

I bought this due to power outage our city has been having and wanted a generator to run the house. This one checked all the boxes and feels high quality. I plan on just running it off propane since I am using it just for power outage and dont want to worry about having store gasoline or gasoline going bad.
