I purchased this generator to replace and older open frame 10,000 watt unit and run my house as a backup generator when the power goes out. Does the job well and appears to run my sensitive electronics well also. With the old generator, my Computer UPS would not run and neither would my central air. With this one it runs well.

I bought this a few months ago. I only have got it installed and running recently due to the propane and transfer box install. It's a quiet running generator and runs very smoothly. The instructions were written clearly, and the installed kit was a nice bonus.

I just bought this generator to replace my 20 year old generator (which is still working). I wanted a generator with enough wattage to power my home A/C and this fits the bill. I also wanted a quieter generator and this is way quieter than my old generator. I can stand next to it and carry on a conversation without going deaf. I plan on using propane as primary fuel so duel fuel was required. I have run it on propane to check function and everything worked. Remote, push button, and manual start (if required) available. Battery charger included. Simple setup. Remove from box, add oil, make sure battery is charged and start. I have been through many hurricanes and know how useful a generator can be. I have been lucky and only had to use one a couple of times, but all the neighbors were making their morning coffee on my back patio. This generator will give me piece of mind during hurricane season. Hope I never have to use it, but I'm prepared. Great product!

Bought this recently and unboxed it and comes with everything you could ever need to get it set up and going. I ran it a few times and it is way quieter than expected and just sips fuel. I can't wait to hook this up to my house via a interlock switch and just be worry free in any power outage situation. Thanks Westinghouse!

Excellent buy for our home. The generator is quality built, sturdy and amazingly quiet. I have a Predator 5000 and it seems this generator is as quiet or quieter than the 5000. I only wish there was a built in switch to have a choice to go back and forth to a floating neutral or not. It would be nice to have that option rather than cutting a wire and heat shrinking it. But otherwise a great product.

Just received my new generator. It was very well packaged. General inspection shows everything looks in good shape. I did not yet start the generator. I got prompted to do review during registeration to recieve free cover so completing it. I will update review when I start and do more testing.

Assembled and started up first try. Quiet and stable running for this size equipment. Appears good quality. Average set of instructions. Only quirk I have found is that after starting with auto start and shutting down, it would not start with the manual pull cord. Tried numerous times. I found that after charging the battery to capacity, it started first pull. My thinking is that pull starting should be the work around for a dead battery. A generator should not require a charged battery to pull start. Maybe I need to review the instructions.

After losing power for 4 days after a hurricane, I decided to get a generator. I researched brands and features of many inverter generators. I chose Westinghouse for their reputation for reliability. I picked this inverter generator because I wanted one that is quieter plus safe for electronics. I like the option for dual fuel. Mine is hooked up to run on propane. It has enough watts to run many items. I will install a 50-watt generator box into my home's fuse panel.

Just received my IGen11000DFc. Took less than a 1/2 hour to unbox, put the handle and wheels on add oil, connect the battery. Was going to charge the battery but decided to give it a try and there was enough power to fire up. It is actually quieter than my 5200W open frame. I like the duel fuel option and will be trying it on propane at the cabin this spring. It will be used for backup power at the house for winter.

I just purchased this Inverter Generator, iGen11000DFc, a couple days ago. The product was packaged nicely and well protected. Everything (other than the fuel, lol) comes included in the box, even all the tools needed for assembly. The set up was quick and easy. I connected a propane tank and fired it up. It started right up with no problem. Ran some quick tests by connecting a couple appliances to confirm it was working properly and called it a day. I will be installing a transfer switch in the next few days so that I can power my entire house during the next power outage. So far I love this Inverter Generator!
