Although I only recently purchased this dual-fuel inverter generator, I found it easy to assemble, easy to add the oil, and much quieter than my 10k gas generator when running. This inverter generator is VERY heavy, although once the wheels, feet, and handle are installed, an average person can move it around on flat ground. One additional note for the new owner - the removable door for adding/checking oil and connecting to the battery takes some considerable pulling to open - although there is a twist lock, there are also several pinch clips holding it on - don't be afraid to give it a good tug.

Let me start by saying build quality of this unit is above reproach and the attention to detail is equally commendable. You can tell there was pride taken in the manufacture of this device. The unit came with all tools needed to set it up and they weren't just cheap one use tools either, they are nice chrome plated tools. There wasn't a nick or scratch anywhere on this unit inside or out. User manual is well written and it even came with a parts manual and a wiring diagram! Operating instructions are displayed on the top of the generator making it easy for anyone to operate. Another nice add is the carburetor has a drain hose built right to drain the carb after use which I have never seen on any units that I purchased in the past. All the controls, display and connections are laid out ergonomically and labeled plainly. The only thing I can think to add to this unit to make it even more awesome would be a ¾ inch wrench to snug to propane hose fitting and a bag to attach to the generator to store the tools and propane adapter. If you have any doubts just by it!!!

Great quality generator with no damage or missing parts upon delivery. It's extremely quiet and works great. We are using this generator to run a Hobart MVP 210 wire feed welder, and is a great addition to our shop! So far it was well worth the wait on backorder.

We just installed this at our 550 sqft. cabin, replacing a 13K commercial generator that was getting old. I’m so amazed at how silent this unit is. It has been running our cabin with no issue thus far, but will really need to test it over the coming months. I have high hopes!

4 stars instead of 5 because I haven’t even started it yet. A lot of flexibility in terms of functionality, although it’s for backup for hurricane season, so I hope I never need to use it. Assembly instructions could be written much more clearly and a parts list would have been helpful, but so far so good.

This generator is great! Ran it for the 5 hour break-in period and was surprised how quiet the inverter is compared to other generators I’ve had in the past. It handles loads well with varying speeds. The digital read out is really nice. And the remote start feature is handy. Assembly is simple and everything comes in the box. I’m happy with this purchase.

Did a ton of research on inverter generators. This was has it all. Easy to put together . Easy to start. This 1100 watt inverter is perfect to run everything needed in an emergency. Installed a generator plug and transfer switch on my home. You won’t be disappointed with this generator.

Picked this two days ago. It was shipped fine and everything was in the box as advertised. Putting it together was quite easy and instructions were precise. Prepared it for start up was easy. Added oil, fuel and connected battery. Started right away and ran it for about an hour with no load. Shut it off and went back a few hours later and fuel was leaking from the carburetor. Fuel had accumulated in the pan under the generator. Drained the fuel from the tank thru the carb and started to look at options. It seemed like the float in the carb was stuck and that was the likely cause. Gently tapping the carb is the normal fix to release the float. Put fuel back in and left a dry rag under the carb to see if it was still leaking. It didn’t seem to be. We added some more fuel and started it again right away. Ran it for another half hour with no leak. Left it overnight and no more leaks found. This should have been caught at first start up in the factory. We’ll see how things go.

Generator started right up after putting in oil and gas. I have it hook up to my panel with a 50 amp breaker. More than enough power for what I need during power outage. Great Generator for the price and easy to use. The remote start and shut off the generator is really handy when is raining or cold outside. Plus it have a parallel hook up, which is great if I am to buy another one of the same brand I could double the power on it. Great Generator!!!
