Recently bought this unit, assembled it, filled with oil and did the 5 hour run in. Used propane, hooked up, did the 2 second hold on the panel start and it fired up on the first attempt. Ran great, did the run in at less than 50% load and it ran very smooth. excited to put it under a bigger load. Very happy with the unit and also the price.

I purchased this generator to replace and older open frame 10,000 watt unit and run my house as a backup generator when the power goes out. Does the job well and appears to run my sensitive electronics well also. With the old generator, my Computer UPS would not run and neither would my central air. With this one it runs well.

Bought this for my food truck. Assembly was super easy and the tools are already provided with the Inverter. Super quiet and the tow handle is great. Remote fob worked right out of the box and so far this is exactly what I have expected. Still doing the breaking in process of the inverter. Have not put on a full load to see how it handles it. Should do just fine though. I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this for an emergency backup generator. Thankfully haven't had the need for it yet, but I think it'll more than power what we need. I wanted a generator that would be easy enough for my wife to start if I weren't home. The power button and remote make starting this thing a snap. Everything is so well labeled, also, that it'd be impossible to make a wrong connection. So far I've only ran it on propane, and just enough to get through the initial 4 to 5 hour break-in period. I've changed the oil twice, per recommendations, and both times it remained very clear. During the break-in period I ran my table saw, some fans, and a shop vac. It powered them all without problem. It's very heavy, but doesn't seem so with the wheels and handle. It was very easy to move around. Runs much more quietly than I was expecting. When used as a backup generator outside our house, I don't think we'll hear it at all inside the house.

I had researched and found this was the product which matched everything I wanted, however it was out of stock, with a terrible year for hurricanes and winter coming I didn't expect to get one. Other generators were available but lacked the build quality, price and dependability I had researched. I was prepared to wait and glad I did because a month later this generator was back in stock. Setup was a breeze, started up no problem. The no tool access panels are awesome which will make maintenance a breeze. It's heavy but that was expected, however the handle and wheels maneuver it with ease. I have no more worries for Maine winters, this was my first ever generator purchase and very very pleased. I recently purchased this generator as a replacement for a 15 year old lower wattage non-inverter model. This generator is much quieter, has many more features and most importantly provides cleaner power. No more fluttering or dimming house lights. Dual fuels work flawlessly. Well worth the investment.

Absolutely everything is user friendly and built very well. It's rare to find this kind of craftsmanship anymore. I love the no tools needed side panels, the carburetor drain hose, the oil drain hose, all the info needed in the generator right on top. Everything about this inverter is exceptional and I'm glad I purchased it.

We just installed this at our 550 sqft. cabin, replacing a 13K commercial generator that was getting old. I'm so amazed at how silent this unit is. It has been running our cabin with no issue thus far, but will really need to test it over the coming months. I have high hopes!

I bought this inverter to power my whole (3200sq ft) house. I had a 20 yr old generator given to me that was brand new, still in the box. It would not power up my high efficiency furnace. Turns out the furnace immediately identified the “dirty” power from the old generator. But everything runs fine on this Westinghouse inverter. Even with the well pump. Im very pleased with the quality and the quietness of this unit. Also the run time on either propane or gasoline is impressive. At the time of purchase these models were sold out everywhere. That should tell you people are buying them as fast as they can make them. There are no other inverters by any other manufacturer this size.

Bought this recently and unboxed it and comes with everything you could ever need to get it set up and going. I ran it a few times and it is way quieter than expected and just sips fuel. I can't wait to hook this up to my house via a interlock switch and just be worry free in any power outage situation. Thanks Westinghouse!
