Great price for 11000w inverter. Havnt fired it up yet though. Everything looks very nice except i thought it was suposed to come with parallel cables... easy access to everything with permanent oil drain hose

Product well packaged. Seems very well constructed. Lots of small touches that make operating / maintaining more efficient. No experience yet, but hoping for better results than the unnamed generator I am currently trying to use. Stand by.

The unit cranked one time with the lush button and now only cranks manually. I ran it for 5 hrs and it either failed to charge the battery or their is some other issue.

Last hurricane season, we were out of power for a week two times. This year I will be prepared having bought this generator. I believe it will serve our purpose as well.

I have only used this for about 1 hours. I assembled it which was straightforward. Quality seems good. Ran good. Hooked it up to my 50 amp generator sub panel and ran it up to about 50% power on propane, no issues. I obviously cannot comment on long term durability or fuel efficiency but so far so good. Only negative I could say so far is that some of the fittings on the propane regulator/hose were loose, but that's understandable. Also, the propane tubing is too short in my opinion.

After looking at a variety of generator brands, I decide the iGen11000DFc gave me what I wanted at the right price point. It was easy to setup and I've tested it using gasoline, a 20lb propane tank, and my 250 gal propane tank (I had a plumber set that up). I filled it with the oil that came with the generator, replaced the oil dipstick with a magnetic dipstick from GenExhaust, ran it for 30 minutes on gasoline and then 30 minutes on propane, and then changed the oil to a 5W-30 synthetic.

This is our second unit. First one we bought was a 4500 dual fuel and it was amazing just a bit underpowered for what we needed. We went with the 11,000 dual fuel this time. Love the dual fuel option of not having to use gasoline and gum up the carb when not in use. Lp is slightly less power but it's gonna start everytime I need it to. Never had issues with our 4500 and I'm expecting a trouble free use on this one as well.

I did a lot of research on inverter generators and the Westinghouse iGen11000DFc was one of the top generators on the market for the size I needed it's quieter than your conventional generator great features easy to put together had it up and running within 30 minutes having the dual fuel system is awesome. I definitely would recommend this generator or even the bigger versions.

while it has not been put in use as yet for power failure it is of high quality. It was easy to assemble though I little heavy for me (I am nearly 70) once together it rolls easy. Access to the oil stick was easy and with the included funnel it was no problem filling with the oil. Oil is provided however since it can get quite cold here in Wis I chose to put 5w-30 instead since our temps can get well below zero in winter months and chart recommended that for lower temps. I am having a transfer switch installed to power up my well pump and a few other circuits which this generator should have no problem with its rated 11000 watts. Most household appliances run on gas and do not care to power up AC so this unit will perform great.

Recently purchased this system, replacing an older traditional generator at half the rated power. Inverter was easy to set up, started (on LP) without issue and was able to easily recharge my 6KWh split-phase battery backup system. Overall, very pleased with this inverter
