Very happy so far. Put on the wheels and handle. (Tools included) Put in oil and gas, and connected the battery. It started right up instantly. Haven't had a need to use it yet, but I'm confident it will get the job done!!

Just received the generator and have not used it yet. I received what had been advertised and it appears in good order so far. The real test will be in how it operates when needed.

Been using it to run my welder, saw, and different fabrication equipment mobile. Nice and light compared to other generators in its class. Super super quiet even when under heavy load. Very happy with it

Bought this for hurricane season. It started right up and very quiet comparing to traditional open frame generators. Got an inlet installed to the main panel to power up the entire house.

Just picked this up before the 2026 winter storm season begins and generators become non-existent in my area. It will be nice to finally be able to have heat and hot water during Ohio ice storms.

Haven't run the generator yet, but the product was all that we hoped it would be. We'll packaged, all pieces present and good directions. This is our 1st generator so we are excited to be prepared and ready for the ice storms this year.

I recently purchased the iGen11000TFc for whole home backup power. Set up was easy, runs very quiet. Have not used yet for complete backup but expect no problems given the Westinghouse reputation.

Took about an hour assembly time 1 person easy instructions, filled with gas and oil and pressed the start button and it fired up in around 2 seconds. Plugged my welder in and every thing works with no problems.
