Nice generator but battery was dead and had to be charged now after starting it approximately 6 times the starter has burned up and battery is junk has to be replaced

I haven't had the occasion to use it yet, but assembly and instructions were great. It started right up. I bought it for emergency power outages for my home.

Decided to upgrade my conventional 12000 watt dual fuel to this beauty! Since just about evenything in my house now has a circuit board, this is a much safer play. The bonus, it's super quiet!

Remote is a nice feature. Unit is easy to start and shut off. Quiet while powering the RV to watch a movie. Will serve as back-up power for the house too.

I received it today. Did the quick start, plugged it in to the RV. It runs smoothly and quietly, on both types of fuel. It wasn't bothered at all by the A/C, refrigerator and water pump running. It's going to do a great job for us.
